I already have distribution can I have both?

Yes. If you are already distributing music to other platforms and are looking to only distribute your music to the prison system you can select ONLY the Medianet and Audible options for distribution after sign up and it won't affect any current distribution situation.

Will my music be in ALL prisons including Federal?

Currently, Your music will only appear in prisons that are contracted with Securus / JPay, on the JPay tablet.

How Do I upload my music?

After your purchase you will be redirected to set up your account, add your music and select the stores you'd like to distribute to.

I have music on JPay but didn't sign up for JPay Music's distribution how do I collect my royalties?

Please contact your distributor, we don't handled any claims made by artists who haven't signed up via JPAYMUSIC.COM.

I was locked up, Can you all send me my music that I downloaded while incarcerated?

No. We are only a distributor for artists, we do not handle purchases made by inmates.
