1. After purchase, Please allow 24 hours for your account to be activated (during weekends and holidays please allow for the following business day post holidays and weekends).
2. This is a one time fee. When selecting DSPs to distribute to, be certain to select the MediaNet and Audible boxes or your release won't be added to JPAY. 
3. If you already have distribution please select ONLY MediaNet and Audible to distribute your music only to JPAY. 
4. Please allow 8-12 weeks for the release to appear on the JPAY platform.

Jpaymusic.com prioritizes original human creativity. While we acknowledge that AI can be a tool in the creative process, we do not support the distribution of music that is purely AI-generated without significant human contribution.

Your submission may be rejected for distribution if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Unauthorized Voice Synthesis: Any track that utilizes AI to mimic the voice of a professional artist, public figure, or any individual without their explicit, written legal consent will be immediately rejected.
• Copyright Infringement: Music generated by AI models trained on copyrighted material that results in a "substantially similar" sound to existing protected works.
• Low-Quality "Bot" Loops: Tracks that appear to be mass-produced using automated "one-click" AI generators with no evidence of human composition, arrangement, or lyrical input.
• Metadata Misrepresentation: Failing to disclose the use of AI tools during the upload process or falsely claiming "100% human-made" status for AI-assisted tracks.

Submissions are generally accepted if AI is used as a supplementary tool for:

• Mixing and mastering enhancement.
• Generative inspiration for specific instrumental patterns that are then rearranged by a human.
• Assistance in cleaning up audio or removing background noise.

Note to Artists: The streaming platforms we distribute to (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music) have their own strict AI detection algorithms. Even if a track passes our initial screening, these platforms reserve the right to remove content they deem "non-human" or "fraudulent stream risk."

Jpaymusic.com reserves the right to make the final determination on what constitutes "acceptable human contribution." Repeated attempts to upload unauthorized AI-generated content may result in account suspension or permanent termination of distribution services.
