No explicit language, images, or sexually explicit content of any kind
No depictions of violence or other abusive behavior
No unauthorized repurposing of other creator’s copyrighted works
Securus/JPay have a zero-tolerance policy for receiving any objectional content, and may not only block the offending products, but may block all content from any offending sources. If you currently deliver music to Securus/JPay through Audible Magic and are inquiring about availability of specific titles within the Securus/JPay services - please verify the content in question meets all above criteria, is not mislabel in any way (e.g. proper Parental Advisory metadata) or may be otherwise inappropriate for their services. Also, please review that proper territory, pricing, and rights availability (subscription streaming or download purchase) metadata are prepared for your releases.
Be aware that Securus/Jpay has final editorial control over all content made available within their services, and delivery to Audible Magic does not guarantee display within Securus/JPay services.
